Your post made me laugh out loud. Not one of those "I'm going to write LOL to indicate that I thought it was funny, but in all honestly I didn't actually 'laugh out loud'" LOLs. I mean a true and honest, full-bodied. LOL.
And I feel the same way. One of my friends has to go dairy free for awhile, and one of my first thoughts was, "but what about CHEESE?"
PS - Yes, I deleted my last comment. That's because the anal retentive writer in me can't handle seeing such a blatant misspelling/incorrect word usage in my comments for public consumption.
ME TOO! I had some really good cheese as part of a cucumber salad last night at a restaurant and it was really good but I had no idea what it was. And I didn't even care.

ashley - whenever i think of no dairy, that's my first thought - what no cheese? no way.
