looks like they're departing from the book a bit - no madge. and what's katniss doing giving the mockingjay pin to prim? and then getting it back from cinna as a secret? whaa? oh well, i'm predisposed to like it no matter what they do.

BAAAAAAAAA!!!! I only watch the super bowl for the commercials anyway. I just watched X Men First Class the other day and the girl who plays Mystique also plays Katniss. It's funny to see her not blond or blue like she is in X Men.
That's always the rough part with books being made in to movies. They always change stuff and I always wonder why? Was the book not good enough?? Seriously?
I'm excited too! I don't know anyone down here that has even read them!!
@becca - so the real question is, is it worth watching the whole superbowl to see the same preview? will it be longer? will there be another one? these are the questions that keep me up at night.
@megara - yup. i actually understand why they cut madge - she's really more of a minor character. so they had to have some way to work in the pin. maybe the it will turn out to be something katniss' dad gave her and that's why she gave it to prim. that's my guess.
ps this and that last is annie on ben's account. let's see what other mischief i can get into with this disguise...
